Not only was the name complex, but I have a lot of cleaners, and initially regretted this purchase. Then, I got burnt vinyl on the faceplate of my very large Reliable Iron Press, probably from a printed t-shirt (no, I didn't iron the t-shirt, but "someone" in my household did), along with fabric softener residue from several weeks of daily pressing, making my iron press unusable. I used NAHANCO on the faceplate, and seemingly instantly the burnt vinyl started to come off. It was like an INFOMERCIAL (!) I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW WELL THIS WORKED (!), and I usually dislike many things I buy! I got to work on the fabric softener residue, which was only slightly more challenging. I used several white cotton terry rags (OK, more like one dozen rags), and wiped down the machine after with a clean rag, and distilled water. What you should know: Your iron must me HOT - and on for about 10 minutes - before you attempt to clean it. Move your machine around a bit, so it does not auto shut off. Be prepared with a STACK of rags. Put a generous amount on the RAG, NOT THE MACHINE. Remove residue with distilled water, not regular tap or bottle water, which contains minerals.
