No it is not, the anhydrous caffeine is filtered, concentrated and more potent than normal caffeine.

This has caffeine dosed at 200mg per scoop, which will have the effect of making you feel energised and warm ready to train. If this is your first preworkout nothing to worry about, simply take 1 scoop with about 250ml of water about 20 mins before training. You'll feel warm, energised and higher focus, it will help you get in that zone. The dose is a good starting point, if its too much after your first time, next time try half a scoop but 1 scoop should be no problem. This shouldn't make you gain or lose weight. Its a preworkout: it will give you extreme focus and energy but without any calories. So basically the best scenario: energy without food. But of course if you take it, train really hard and eat well you may gain or lose weight, but this will be down to the training and food, not this preworkout.
