Maybe a bit better than regular nitraflex
I've tried A LOT of pre workouts, and nitraflex has been my go to since my first jug. This was my first time using the nitraflex+burn. It feels the same, great pump and sustained energy, awesome focus. I noticed I did not feel hungry right after my work out, possibly because of whatever is in this version that suppresses appetite. If you are cutting weight I recommend it.

Ive enjoyed GAT nitraflex for years. I like the added thermogenic, gets it close to what the original formula was from before COVID times...they all have a slightly strange aftertaste, but Nitraflex always delivers results! Im up +30lbs lifting after using this for 2 weeks.

Kick start
I’ve been weight training for 27 years and have used GAT for many of them. I’ve been using the burn for roughly 2 years and swear by its results. I take it then immediately start my warmups, it kicks in quickly. It will get you through a brutal workout, and it lives up to its name.

Great product. Tried and true. Not ideal for cardio.
Great for lifting; ok for running < 3 miles. Otherwise I would offer caution that your cardio will be limited related to overheating.

Get ready to sweat
this product works big time. I drink this 1 hour before my workout and i am completely drenched in sweat. Really ignite everything inside of me to burn more. Great to use if you are looking to cut weight.

Disappointed
I have been a long time fan of nitraflex. I have exclusively been using these products for ovet three years.Since the new ownership taste, looks of powder, and quality have somewhat dropped.Some of the stuff they took out was worth it however, when it comes to the this specific product my experience had been trash.It burns my throat and mouth for up to ten minutes after drinking the product. The taste is so far removed from the stated "blue raspberry" it makes me sad to describe the next part. The flavor now more resembles that of when grapefruit spoils with a hint of sour orange.
