Will these fit the aleve direct therapy tens? i don't see any actual gel pad size. thank-you.

The size of these pads are approx 3 x 2 1/2.

Can these gel pads be used with the Aleve direct Therapy unit?

Yes. I've used both the Aleve and Witouch brands of gel pad refills, and application and quality are essentially the same.

I use my witouch tens unit constantly and i'm having a lot of trouble with the pad wanting to stay on my skin rather than the device. any suggestions?

Put a little bit of water on the pads before applying to skin and before putting the plastic back on. That is what my chiropractor told me to do and it works.
