Barley contains gluten. how is this gluten free?

If you are avoiding barley grass or wheatgrass because you are avoiding the protein called gluten, these grasses are safe. They are totally gluten-free. Hello there, DetoxiFiber is not labelled as raw; however, the ingredients are processed at low temperature. DetoxiFiber is Certified USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, Vegan, Gluten Free and Dairy Free! The recommended use is mixing 1 scoop with 8 ounces of water or (no sugar added) juice, but some folks do like to add it to their smoothies.
