Amongst the Amazon's own brands, PRESTO lags behind the others but maybe just. It's decent and price to quality ratio is excellent but the overall quality could have been better. It's not as absorbent. Cannot be used effectively with one swipe. Is soft enough but could have been better. Look decent and yes is 100% hygienic. It's definitely worth it.
