Needlepoint Embroidery Tapestry Scroll Frame Made of Organic Beech, Wooden Cross Stitch Frame, Needlepoint Holder, Stitching Frame (11.8" х 15.7")

This is a great Scroll Frame! I have tried Q-snaps, hoops and other things for large project but this is by far the easiest to handle for my hands. The frame holds the cloth taught and smooth and rolls well without pulling creasing. The ability to see the project in large part or full is amazing as well as scroll with minimal effort was great. I have little issue moving the cloth and for my hands that is a #1 priority. It is sturdy once put together but takes apart to pieces easy to travel.I did find that I purchased a smaller fixed width than I needed for some of my larger projects, but the cost of this item was very reasonable, so I will be buying more when I move on to those!(I am not sure if it is possible to do this, but the company that can construct a wood extendable sturdy frame like this would be the best!)

Does what it says on the tin. Instructions were clear. I like my fabric taught as a snare drum head and, at first, there was a little slippage, but I spent some time really tightening everything all up and now it's great. It's been taught for over a week. Nice and light, easy to flip over when doing work on the back. I plan to use it for any future 12inx12in projects to avoid hoop lines.

Nice quality, nice design (without the wingnuts sticking out, damaging things, and the bolts that just turn because you can’t tighten it as much, which my older, cheaper ones all have). So far it stays tight!Time will tell how long the plastic clips will last. Once they break, I’m not sure what one would use for that purpose.My only complaint is that the photo showing the dimensions was incorrect. Intuitively, the listed measurements matching the working area makes perfect sense, and I should have ordered from what was listed in the description. But I was too cautious about that, and searched the photos in the listing to be sure - the one that shows the dimensions on the frame shows them being to the outside of the frame and knobs, not the working area. So I ordered one size larger than I needed to, and it’s more unwieldy than necessary. Wish I had stepped down one size. To some extent it’s my own fault, but I was presented with what turned out to be contradictory information.

I like this scroll, it is adjustable and has kept my project from twerking. It also keeps the edges from fraying because you’re not scrunching the sides of the canvas; when you work from a desk you can have one hand below and one above to keep a nice rhythm going.

I just started counted cross stitch this year, starting on some small store bought products that came with their own hoops. When I shared my interest with my grandma, she gave me a bunch of old counted cross stitch kits that she bought a long time ago and couldn't do anymore. They didn't come with hoops and they were much bigger than the ones I had been working on so I did a lot of browsing to try and find something that would hold my project as I worked.These frames are amazing. They were incredibly easy to assemble and adjust once I began. They hold the fabric tight and it's been so easy to work on my projects with them. I even ended up buying a second one for my smaller projects. Highly recommended!
