I got this cabinet as it fits under the keyboard slide out tray on my computer desk, and it works even with the wheels attached. The bottom drawer has a wheel for support pulling it out, and to use, must have all wheels attached, so watch the measurements closely for your location. The details on the Amazon item were accurate, so I had no problem. It has a really nice finish (mine is black) and the quality is great, this cabinet could be heavily used.

The perfect little under desk cabinet for my needs. No damage at all—extremely well packaged for shipping. Easy to put the 5 wheels on—no missing parts, in fact, extras. Drawers align perfectly—great that they extend completely open. Two keys temporarily attached to side of top drawer. I won’t be locking it or storing files in it so don’t care about those negative reviews. Only complaint: the wheels don’t really lock in place. May not be a problem. If it is, I’ll just put some kind of rubber thingies under each wheel to keep in place.

Great little file cabinet. I bought two of them and they were easy to assemble. I've never seen something packaged so well. The corners all secured by bent metal pieces in the box to ensure it doesn't get dented, But, I realized none of my 200+ hanging folders fit horizontally when pulling the drawer out. I had to adjust a metal bar inside the drawer, and now my folders have to hang perpendicular to the way the drawer opens. A little weird because it leaves a 6" space in the front of the drawer. So now I need to go find A4 or F4 folder, not even sure which. The images above look like you can have four different sizes. Not sure i see that unless the metal part of the folder extends out past the drawer. Measure your folders first and see if you want the hanging flush with the drawer or sideways. The OCD in me can't stand the folders hanging sideways, esp the way I have it positioned.

This mobile file cabinet was easy to assemble only wheels required assembly. I do admit it’s very heavy and the Amazon driver carried it in the home for me. I like the idea of the drawers and its ability to fit under the desk however, I’m using my printer on top of it for better reach. It’s very versatile and as a quality value I would recommend I especially liked the wheel that is under the drawer preventing tipping this is something you don’t find every day on a file cabinet.

I’m a female in my 80s & I can truly say that DEVAISE has provided the the fastest delivery [to southern California] and the VERY BEST packaging for shipping I’ve ever seen. The order was placed on 8/2/26 & received on 8/4/26am. There are TWO 4-sided METAL frames, 1 on the back & 1 on the front of the cabinet. The 4 corners are, also, covered with heavy duty plastic angular guards & the corners of each drawer have small hard plastic guards. Then there’s the heavy styrofoam covering everything ~ not a scratch or dent anywhere!!! More companies should learn from DEVAISE!!! The file cabinet is very attractive & sturdy. The drawers slide easly. I, personally prefer the looks of sharp corners, rather than rounded. It is also easy to slide/push [when empty] across the carpet, so the casters will not be used. [In the past I’ve added casters & never did roll a cabinet around.] THANK YOU DEVAISE for this outstanding product & your efficiency ~ so rare these days.

Very durable and great value for the money. I purchased one and loved it and ended up purchasing another. It locks in place and unlocks which enables me to move easily. All you really have to do it put the wheels on and your ready to go. Great for organizing my desk and keeps everything in its place. When they ship this to you it is packaged very well so no dings. It also locks to keep items secure and this was important to me. This is a beautiful modern file cabinet. Well worth the money!

Came assembled and in perfect condition. Build quality looks good. The description says heavy duty - but it really is just what I would call residential grade. It is much better quality than most of the cheap filing cabinets - I would say it is in-between what you would find in a house vs an office - somewhere in the middle for thickness. It will hold a printer nicely - the drawers look pretty solid - so it is perfect for a home. If you were thinking on getting this for an office you would be better off getting a commercial unit - but keep in mind those are about twice the cost. Overall a good unit that will last for years.

The file cabinet is ok but honestly, for $355 I expected more. It is easy to "assemble" (which is one of the main reasons I ordered this particular one) but you do have to figure out exactly where the struts to hang the files on should be, especially if you need legal which I did. The instructions are adequate but again, only because there is a minimum to do to make it "ready"... no real instructions... only pictures which you have to check carefully. My only concern is that it is very light and because I was worried about the cabinet tilting when the TOP drawer was opened (the bottom has a 5th wheel and is pretty stable), I put something very heavy on top to stabilize it. I don't want to sound as though it is not a good cabinet, but again, and maybe I've been out of the Home Office furniture market for too long, I thought $355 would be a little more impressive.
