This is the only food my wild birds will eat that has squirrel deterrent. It has eliminated the problem of squirrels eating all the bird food. I also think it deters other kinds of rodents, which is always a problem with feeding birds. I have woodpeckers, songbirds, chickadees, and a variety of others who love it. I cannot personally vouch for the flavor, This particular vendor was the most reasonably priced and better than my local store prices too,

Great product, the birds seem to love it, the squirrels Haidet, lasts really well out in the heat, does not melt. It's the only suet I buy anymore. If you offer them another kind in that kind they eat this one first.

Solid product. Easy to put into suet cage..easy to hang. All birds love love it from Woodpeckers to beautifullittle song birds. They became a community and shared together.Wonderful entertainment. Hung on tree 6 feet from viewing window.

Squirrels don't like it, so they leave it alone. All kinds of birds eat it; favorite of blue birds and many varieties of wood peckers.

This product does a great job of keeping our excess squirrel population away from the suet!

I had been purchasing this for years from a local feed store but they can no longer get it. it is the only suet product that does not melt in our harsh summer sun or melt in our hard winter rains. better yet the squirrels and chipmunks won't eat it! very glad I was able to find it here. will be ordering again.

I've purchased other hot pepper cakes and the birds loved it. Put these cakes out and they linger in the feeder. Regret I purchased as many as I did. Will not purchase this brand of hot pepper cakes

We have been using this product for 3 years and don’t have any problems with squirrels or raccoons getting into to this.
