To cut a story short -it was the case when everything was as promised. Was very apprehensive due to bitter experience with "compatable" but decided to take a risk.Recently I bought HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M28w ,with invitation cartridge,almost mt.When it gave a signal "low" I decided to give a try with this company. Bought one first time for a field test.Works as it should.Print is better than when I used original one ,which I already mentioned was almost mt. If it will go on and on till will be mt then I stick to this company for a long time cause my job involves printing of the delivery notes and relevant paperwork.Will make update later on how it's getting on.

Have ordered the same cartridge from this seller three times. Twice, no problems. Third time got an error that the cartridge was incompatible. I removed the chip by sliding it gently sideways, turned it 180 degrees and carefully pushed it back in again. All fixed. Worth trying this before binning it if you have the same issue. Great cartridges at a great price.

Happy with the quality of the print, and the value was great. Had trouble getting it to work at the start; after comparing with the original cartridge I could see that the new chip was rotated the wrong way around. Got removal / replacement instructions on YT and everything is quickly working perfectly.

Found the little attachments that protect during shipping to be difficult to know what to take off, instead of matching the grey housing they should be orange or something. There's also a little grey plug on the side where they fill the toner that looks like it needs to come off as part of all the other protective bits, but DON'T lest you get toxic toner everywhere.I found it also didn't really drop into place the way a genuine one does, you have to work it in coaxing it to seat properly but once it does you're good.

Didn't want to spend best part of £40 for 'genuine' HP cartridge as printer is only for infrequent home use. At half the price this is ideal for my needs and I have had no compatability issues. If third party sellers can provide suitable cartridges at reasonable cost then why can't the big printer manufacturers?

Replacement ink for laser printer. Good price, arrived quickly, easy to install, great print quality. I will buy from here again.

Not the same as the one I ordered before, very disappointed, I bought this item as a back up for the same one I purchased last time. The last one just kept going and then when it died I opened this one and it is a different cartridge and prints half of the page completley black. BEWARE: The quality of this item has significantly changed for the worse. I wish I hadn't bought it in advance because by the time I came to try it I had missed the return dateTERRIBLE QUALITY!!
