I loved this product! But- one of the racks was a little crooked and it was kind of hard to hang using the hardware provided

Bought this item because I was looking for a single column rack due to space restrictions. Nice design, but the diagonal pieces of wood have small splits in them, and the hangers were installed on the wrong end.

See photos. Several nicks in the wood and poorly stained areas. I’m going to have to touch up the nicks and restain areas. It’s sturdy looking but not put together well. Overpriced junk I should have returned but I chose to fix it and make it usable due to hassel involved in returning it

The company I purchased these from went above and beyond to ensure my happiness of the two wine racks I bought. Upon receiving them I was able to install quickly and painlessly. They look gorgeous on my wall. Thank you.

Product did not come with mounting hardware (screws and anchors). Brackets attached to back of wine rack was not compatible with any mounting screws and not worth the risk of having 5 expensive bottles of wine fall from the wall. For the amount of money the product sells for, easy and full mounting hardware should be provided!

I got it to gift to my girlfriend she loves it and the wine dont seem to move at all!

We are very pleased with our wine rack, looks great on the wall and fits in great with our decor!

This arrived completely destroyed in pieces. It’s held together with staples, not nails, so even if it wasn’t in pieces I wouldn’t trust it to be able to hold up bottles of wine.
