People often take their hands for granted until they have issues like working in the kitchen & any tasks that calls for strong hands. I handle tasks in confidence knowing less risk breaking items in the kitchen, can work with big pans & pots w/o asking anyone to help me. Carrying heavy bags &'other items is a joy. I ordered another digi flex with 9 lbs resistance & will work with it this mth. Digi flex complements strength training with stretch cords.

I like this product as it really strengthens my hands that the quality of life is better.
