FanTastic!
We will see if this fan lasts any longer than the others. The ball bearing feature should help. It is a 4 wire speed regulating brushless fan made of the usual plastic. Three hole mount, may be super glued to the video controller heat sink repairing old controllers where the original is no longer around. This fixes the situation where your computer shuts it self off after playing a graphics heavy game. The old fan is probably stuck or not able to spin up very high. Repeated resets eventually damage the video controller.

Save Your Zotac GeForce GTX1060 3GB Mini from inevitable fan failure by replacing with this part !
If you don't already know this, The original fan on the zotac geforce gtx 1060 3gb is prone to failure and will at some point fairly early in the cards life completly fail. If your lucky, It will happen while you are right there so that you can catch the temp rising and or hear the awful noises the oem fan makes as it is failing. I was in the middle of a Heaven benchmark run at max settings on a heavy overclock and had the fan manually set to 100%. My card had roughly 6 months of light use on it prior to it being given to me by a friend. Upon failure I immediately exited the benchmark and shut down my machine and pulled the card for inspection. the fan barely spun by hand.So I got online and typed in the card spec and the inRobert DIY double ball bearing replacement showed up and had good ratings. It cost less than $10 Dollars and arrived in 1 Day. Installation is pretty simple. Fans 3 screw holes line up perfect, fan pwm plug is identical as well as the wires being the same colors. The only thing you will need to do is snip part of the plastic piece which guides the wires away from the fan as it will not sit flush or work otherwise. I noticed it appeared that the original zotac fan had the same modification. The 2nd thing to note is that the fan wiring is a fair amount longer than the original fan. All you need to do is wrap the wire around once and tuck under heat sink and good to go.I would recommend at this time to also pull the heat sink and clean/ then re apply a high quality thermal paste but this is optional.Fan works great and I believe at full speed spins faster than the original as well. At moderate speed the fan is virtually silent.Even if your fan is fine i would purchase this replacement to keep on hand... I was even able to transfer the zotac sticker off the front of the original fan and onto the replacement. Without knowing, no one would even be able to tell the difference.

Wire management not so good
Soon as I got all three screws back in the fan, the wire manager would pop up enough to hit the fan. One of the management flanges broke off on its own. Ended up cutting the whole thing off. Could not get it to quit hitting otherwise. Had that fan off and back on at least a dozen times before I did that. Also the wires are at least 2 1/2 time longer than the original. Had to get creative in where to put the excess. Also, make sure you have a magnetic screw driver. With out that it will be very difficult to get all the screws in.

Definitely fits (ZOTAC GTX 1060 MINI)
It only needs a little piece of plastic clipped off. It's like a little guide for the cable that gets in the way. It's super thin and brittle it comes off easily.

Good replacement fan for Zotac GTX 1060 6GB mini
My GPU is around 4-5 years old and I recently had issues with my gpu overheating. Also I could literally hear the gpu fan skidding on the heat sink. Bought this as a replacement and now everything works perfectly again.Couple of issues, the cable guide was a little too long so I had to snip that off and the actual fan connecting cable was a bit long as well. I just guided it outside of the gpu case as opposed to cutting it and rewiring...

Fits the Zotac GTX 1060 mini, sorta...
As the headline and description says, this fan WILL fix inside a Zotac GTX 1060 mini (I have the 6gb version, and apparently it works in the 3gb version as well). There are several Youtube videos out there that show exactly how to replace the fan, but they all mention two problems - 1) there is a hard piece of plastic running along the power wire that makes it so the fan won't fit in the old heatsink, and 2) the power wire itself is way too long.So yes, you'll have to 1) cut the plastic piece with wirecutters or something strong, and 2) fold the wire up somewhere and hope it doesn't pop out or interfere with anything else inside your case. So yeah, it's a little questionable that this is sold as a replacement fan specifically for the 1060 mini when you need to do some modifications to get it to work. But I'm happy enough with the results that I'd still recommend!

Missing blade
Ordered it to replace my old one missing a broken blade. Now I have to wait to get another because my new one is also missing a single blade. Just my luck.
