Used this to fix a broken Bluetooth connection on my mid2012 MacBook Pro and to give it better Wi-Fi reception. It’s actually for 2013 and later MacBook Pro but worked liked a charm. Both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi working like champs. Super quick shipping from the seller and a 5 minute install. Wish I had done this earlier.

This worked amazingly well. It's an easy 5 minute install to upgrade my wifi to AC.I have a 15 MacBook Pro Retina, early 2013 and it fits perfectly.I'll get another year or so out of my beloved Mac before I'm forced to upgrade.Well worth it!

Works great in my 2012 rMBP. With this adapter, and some other software, the previously unsupported model works well with Big Sur without OS modifications.

The new ones don't come with broken antenna connectors on them. That said, greatly improved performance on my Mid 2012 Macbook Pro Retina. Could only get ~200Mb/s before, now at my service capacity of 350Mb/s. Maybe I should return this one and buy a used one on Ebay for $10.

I was having problems with my MacBook dropping my connection. I substituted the WiFi card now it works perfectly.
