Hello, I bought 2Kg. Of this product for my parents. Both of them tried to use it by mixing 1tspn in warm water once a day. But both of them are having severe loose motion and itchy lips mouth and tongue. Please advise the reccomended dosage, timing and serving method for preventing loose motion and itching of lips, mouth and tongue.

Difficult to consume.
Tried to have it as recommended for two days. Not possible, at least for me to consume, without the throat burning and general discomfort. The second day it did not go down at all. Tried to contact seller to buy something else but was not able to get response.
