One eye was perfect. the other eye seemed to sit the wrong way.Seemed like both sides were for the left.

These are very natural looking lashes so if you're looking for a fuller lash line they arnt the one. They were so much easier to apply than a full strip. I can never apply strips without them coming loose at the edges and looking trash. These look lush though

I would call these advanced level lashes! Although they look like 2 lash bands with weird cut out sections while they sit in the tray these lashes are actually made up of 8 short sections (4 per eye). These are made this way so you can decide what lashes you want and where, you dont need to use all the lashes, if you want you can only use one or two per eye. I like to wear one bit at the outside edge of my eye. This just gives a brilliant enhancement without being too obvious.To use these lashes is basically the same as full strip lashes, apply glue to the lash band, leave it to go tacky, then apply the lash above your lashes as near as possible.The set includes glue in a tube, i prefer glue in a bottle with a stick applicator as i find it eaiser to use but this glue is fine, it certainly holds the lashes in place.These lashes are probably best used by someone who is used to applying lashes as sticking 8 little sections on and getting them all in the right place requires patience and experience. They give a lovely effect and are very adaptable to whatever look you are after.

Personally for me, I found these very difficult to use.I thought they would be interesting and allow me to sculpt where I felt needed lash build up, but I just found them very small and fiddly due to being pre cut. I haven't used pre cut ones before personally, but I've seen people add them to just the outer corner and it looks stunning so thought I'd give it a go.Perhaps there's a learning curve with them, but I had no success. Eventually, I just glued the individual lashes onto a poundland lash set band and that works for me.The actual lashes are very nice and I'm sure for the right people they're easy to apply and super handy, but just not for me.The free duo glue which comes with it however, is amazing! Super strong, can't recommend that enough.

(The ones I received were the “normal” ones, i.e. not the “demi” version.)“I hadn’t seen pre-cut lashes before. There are four separate sections of lash for each eye. It took me twenty minutes to put them on. They’re more fiddly than uncut lashes, but on the other hand you can position them exactly where you want to. I had to trim the innermost lash on each side for comfort.The separate sections give you more flexibility if you want to experiment with different effects. (At this point Grandad muttered something about Malcolm McDowell in A Clockwork Orange, but this left me not much wiser.)The time to put them on could be a problem if they fall off when you’re out, as they would take much longer to stick back on than ordinary lashes.They are re-usable, and I was impressed to note that the pack includes a decent glue, which dries clear.”She felt they were good value at the current price of £6.49.

Ardell lashes are always well made, and look realistic when applied. As delivered they usually need trimming to fit the length of your eye lid, because they're fairly long. These pre-trimmed lashes come in four individual sections each, with eight in total.It's a matter of preference whether you cut one normal lash to the length you wish or use pre-cuts like these and place them side-by side on your eyelash to make up the length you want. What I will say is that using these is a lot more difficult, because you need to align them accurately. So, you'll need a steady hand and a practiced touch. If you're new to lashes I suggest beginning with one piece versions instead. You also can't choose the exact length you want with these, unless you cut a section.If they work for you, these pre-cut lashes look just as good. But carefully cutting a one-piece lash with a scalpel would be my choice. Supplied with a micro-tube of glue.
