Q: What country do the star gazer bulbs come from?

China, and US Customs confiscated them, for lack of documentation. My refund was processed very quickly.

Q: Are these bulbs forced and ready to plant, or do they require a cool season underground?

I never received them. Unable to assist.

Q: Where does this item ship from ? Where are they grown ?

I believe China. The writing looked to be Chinese or something of that nature. Be careful. I received the most beautiful bulbs ever but at the wrong time of year. They started to grow before the ground was thawed enough here in Pennsylvania and I lost them. Maybe you live somewhere warmer.
