Brother Circular Attachment Bundle

I have a history with this attachment. Last year I bought a Brother sewing machine (I don't remember the model) that included many fun presser feet and that attachment for a ridiculus price. But after about 3 weeks of uses, the machine started to make bizares noises, so I returned it to the seller and the attachment with it also. I bought another Brother machine (that came with only the basics presser feet) for much more money and it is a great machine: Innov-Is 85e. I tried to find that attachment in the local stores in my town and could not find it. And one day I was looking for something here and it poped up and I decided to buy it. It was supposed to arrive on May 17 and it arrived on May 15 (very good) and I could not wait to play with it. It works perfectly with my machine and I made some beautifull table toppers with it. It was so much fun to work with it. The possibilities are endless. I make a lot of circle applique and it will be so much easier to sew in perfect circles with it. It was a little pricy considering that it was included with the first machine and not the second one but I do not regret the price I paid for 1 minute. It is a great tool to work with.

This works perfectly on my Brother Innov-is BQ1350. After watching the YouTube video from Sewing Parts Online I have learned that this attachment can be used with twin-needles, a walking foot, and a yarn application foot. It can work on thinner cotton fabric or even denim. It can also be used to make perfect circles for applique. You can use the included cording and braiding feet to add decorative trims to your circles. Yes, it is kind of pricey, but it certainly adds a lot to the capabilities of your sewing machine.

This part works great on my Brother CE1100PRW sewing machine even though it wasn't listed on Amazon.com (or the Brother website) as being compatible. My machine was probably not listed as being compatible because the attachment hangs off the front of my sewing machine (pictures included in this review). This just means I will need to be careful my fabrics do not catch on the attachment while I'm sewing. Overall, this does not bother me, especially since this attachment works great!The attachment is super easy to use once you know how to use it (I recommend watching YouTube videos). I learned the hard way that I needed some sort of fabric stabilizer for the circles to turn out properly. Also, I have also included a picture of my first successful attempt creating a circle (too bad I used white thread on white material, but you can still get the gist).That's about it! My only complaint is the price. This attachment doesn't seem like it should cost $80 plus. I would think it would be better priced around $30 to $40, but at the same time it will save me more $80 in headaches than to try creating perfect circles by hand. I’m happy I bought it despite the price!

Now I can sew circles around my fabric! Try that without this attachment! It is very easy to setup and use. Read the (short) manual. Stabilize your fabric before sewing. This unit makes circles from 30 to 130 mm, which is about 1.2 inches to about 5.1 inches.It includes a protractor so you can see what's going to happen beforehand. It also attaches braids and cords with the included feet. It's really worth the money.

I am happy to report that the Brother Circular Attachment bundle fits my Brother SE400! The Brother authorized dealer in my area told me that the circular attachment would not fit and I would have to purchase a more expensive model to use it. I decided to purchase the attachment and fit it to the machine anyway. I have not yet practiced with the attachment, but I am certain that it fits and will work well. The Brother Website nor the Brother Circular Attachment box does not list the SE400. The price saving is very good and the shipping was excellent and quick. Happy Sewing!

Perfect circles. I wanted this to try a project I saw on the Brother site. I was unsure if it would actually fit my machine. Brother Quattro 6700D/ but it does. (I went to brother to check, and the one there looks exactly the same, and said it would fit my machine. I suspect different packaging on this one is due to newer model of machines)It's simple to attach, and works perfectly. I wrote three names in a circle, tried straight stitch, zig zag and two decorative stitches. All came out in nice circles. Back to the Brother website having a project of the month using this device. I may not do the exact project, but all the instructions are there for making some cool looking flowers too. which I think can adapt to other uses. ALSO there is a step by step pictorial on the web site of how to install this on your machine, and how to use it!

I love this sewing attachment! It is so easy to set up and use. Although my model of sewing machine wasn’t listed in the description, it worked perfectly for my Brother CE1125PRW. The attachment was a tad pricey, but it’s results were well worth it!

At the Saturday block of the month meeting, the instructor showed us the Pfaff circular attachment and demo'ed it. It was expensive, like the Pfaffs. I came home and looked to see if Brother had one. They did, but did not list my SE 400, but when I looked on Amazon, another lady had the same machine, had bought the attachment and said it worked, so I ordered one. Ever so glad she mentioned her machine. With this new circular attachment, I can see doing applique and embroidery on the quilt tops to spice up the work.
