I didnt refrigerate mine, I bought it about 2 1/2 weeks ago.

Basically, it’s icing on rice paper, so it would last a long time. If you store it in its sealed wrapping, I would say three to six months.

We found it fine. I got it about a week prior, baked the cake and then served it. So ours was around 7-8 days. Went down well!
