We ordered 1 of these chairs from Amazon. Just to see if we liked it. We were very happy with it and placed another order for 3 more. They arrived within 5 days of our order. They look beautiful in our kitchen. The seat and back part are thick cushy. They are stiff like any furniture would be in the beginning. But I’m sure over time it will soften up. The wheels are very well made and glide very easy. Overall a great well made chair “Made In The USA”!! They had no flaws. I’m sure we will have many years of comfort in these chairs!Thanks to Castor Chair Company for making such a great sturdy chair! Will order again in the future!

Easy to assemble, very comfortable

We ordered one to try out, as suggested. Immediately after easy assembly we ordered the second one that we needed. These are sturdily built on welded steel frames, with quality casters that roll easily. The fabric appears to be far more durable than the (fake-leather) vinyl that is on many chairs, that wears out and flakes off in time. Sitting in them when new, they feel quite firm but not uncomfortable and will soften up with age. Recommended.

easy to assemble, very comfy and nice looking. Instructions one video were great.BUT, until it was fully assembled, I was not aware that it was designed for a tall person with long legs. It would be 5 stars if I did not need to supply a footstool so my feet could easily rest on the floor.

Absolutely love this chair BUT ITS A NIGHTMARE GETTING A QUALITY PRODUCT. I've ordered 3 of theses so far. The first one I didn't like the fabric it was covered in. It was twisted to the side so had a lot of wrinkles where they didn't belong. So I returned it. No problem. I ordered the second one in the cloth fabric. Loved it. Easy assembly. I ordered the third one. Once assembled I noticed it rocked from side to side. It was off just a little but I ordered a quality chair, not one that was almost quality. I notified the company and was sent a new base. The base arrived in a busted up wet box. It was in the company box with NO packing at all. That wet box was in another wet company box. That base rocked from side to side plus the part that screws on the bottom was bent at one of the screw holes so it wouldn't attached flush to the bottom. I emailed the company and they suggested I take a rubber mallet and beat the base flat against my sidewalk so I could attach it. I ask for the owners name and contact info. I'm not paying $350.00 for a damaged chair that I have to beat back into shape. What kind of business is this? I received a phone call from a person named Ben who claimed to be the owner. He was ok with beating the base as he claimed they have NEVER had problems like I was reporting. Hmm. So, I want a total of 4 chairs. As suggested by the company... only order I chair at a time to make sure you love it.. which is very good advice from the company. To date, I've paid $700 and I have 1 chair that is acceptable. I've got 1 chair that that rocks unevenly from side to side, an extra base that is damaged and 5 extra casters. I began this ordeal in March. Wonder how long it will take to get 4 matching chairs that are quality and not require me to beat them or return inferior pieces. It's now middle of June and I'm trying to be patient. Seems like a lot of money to give to a company for such a fiasco. July 5,2022: have finally received 4 of these chairs and I still love them. Cannot give five stars because quality to me means attention to final product. Today I finally solved the white flakes on my kitchen floor everyday. Each of these chairs have wax flaking off the pole under the seat. I just laughed when the company told me it was wax they used to insert the pole. Quality would have cleaned this off the chairs before they were sent to the consumer. They do sit good. And customer service excellent.

This was a large purchase to make without viewing the chairs or sitting in them, but we needed them quickly. They were even better than we had hoped -- easy to assemble, sturdy, comfortable and well-built. They arrived quickly.This was one of my best finds on Amazon!!!

Not much to dislike. Looks very nice - color and dsign

I bought these chairs to use with my existing kitchen table which has almond steel legs. These chairs are of the highest quality and go so beautifully with the table they look like a set! The seat cushions are initially firm but soften through use. Extremely easy to assemble, only four bolts and the casters push easily into place. I recommend this product.
