Waterproof, comfortable, warm
Was a bit dubious about the price, but it looked nice and the reviews were largely good, so I went for it.Let's just say- this jacket replaced a £100 well known brand jacket that wasn't waterproof, despite big claims. Fed up of getting wet shoulders and arms, so I replaced it.What do I like about this jacket:* Waterproof! Worn it prolonged downpours, and you can see the way the water drips off the jacket in sheets, and you stay dry.* Fits well, but order a size up from normal. I got a Large, and it's just right for me, I am borderline M/L* Lightweight, but very lightweight, layers will be your friend when using this* Looks great* Detachable hood. Some like this, some don't. I wear hoodies from time to time, so not having a perm hood makes this more comfortableThe not good/ weird things:* hood a little on the small side* side pockets are 'back to front'- the entry flap covering the pockets is accessible from the front, rather than the back. baffling design unless you're paranoid about pickpockets* the flap covering the main zip only clips at the very bottom and very top of the jacket, no velcro in between (or poppers). Doesn't seem to be an issue as it sits flat, but still. All in all, very pleased with this so far, and £70 cheaper than 'named' brands jacketsEDIT- now worn while out in Storm Eunice, during a heavy downpour for an hour, and I was bone dry. Very pleased!

Decent Jacket
This is a decent jacket for the price. I walk around 6 miles to and from work in most weathers. Its warm inner lining seems to maintain warmth and the waterproof jacket appears to hold out in the rain. Has a fair few pockets also. It is well fitting too. If it lasts an only a year I'll buy another for this price.

Excellent Coat
The coat is waterproof and warm. Very good for a lightweight coat. The coat is also easy to keep clean. It fits like a glove and it feels like it will last for years. I would recommend this coat for all sizes.

Quite disappointed
Quite disappointed with this, the size is brilliant and room for hoodies etc under it. Had high hopes but it doesn't quite tick all the boxes. Bought as a gift and we're not too happy about a couple little things. Zips are a bit dodgy and appear to be on the wrong side compared to every other coat, he also was very cold even tho he was layered up. The pocket flaps almost feel backwards and catch the wind. The lack of velcro on main zip flap is also annoying and let's wind through.Hes going to keep it for the fairer weather as it's definitely not a winter coat, so not a total loss.

Good fit
For a large lady, size 18-20 - I bought XXL and it fits well with a good bit of room for jumper or sweat underneath on a size 18. Colour green as depicted and surprisingly looks more expensive than it is. Not the best quality (it’s only polyester and quite noisy) as I am used to wearing gortex/more expensive jackets but perfect for a lightweight town wear. The zip/draw string on hood are not very robust so handle gently- The hood is fine (looks good up) - the flaps over the side pockets to face forward for extra security but it’s still easy enough to put your hands in your pockets. There is a thin fleecy lining and the jacket is warmer than just a thin foldup rain jacket but still folds quite small (will not take up much room in a small rucksack ) .The only thing I would say is it looks like there is a detachable strip missing that should attach to the velcro on each the side of the neck to secure the hood across the front of the neck. I suspect there is a whole consignment of these that the seller bought to sell on the UK market which were missing these strips - so you are left with two tabs at the side of the hood that have velcro on them and are too short to do anything with.Overall though, good value and you get what you pay for - unless you need a hardcore hiking/very wet weather/outdoor working jacket, in which case go for something more expensive and substantial- otherwise this is fine for wearing to work etc as an extra layer, daily dog walk, shopping.Note if buying for ladies - For larger women- although the sleeves may be too long on a largest sizes, the tummy and hip size on men’s jackets are proportionately smaller than ladies so buy size up. XXL will fit ladies 18 - roomy -20-snug
