**Q: Can you sleep on it?**
A: Dear customer, I personally sleep on it, usually only for a short while for shavasana at the end of yoga, or taking a nap. This mat is really thin (almost as thin as a credit card). So if you are thinking about sleeping on it for a long time (e.g. for going camping?), this mat might not be suitable. Hope this helps :) What are you planning to use it for ?

**Q: Does this mat work well on thick carpet? My other mats sink into the carpet or slip when I'm doing yoga which makes balancing hard.**
A: Thank you for your question!  To be so honest, I think it might sink,  if other thicker mats are also sinking. When I was traveling in Bali, I used this mat on grass every morning to do outdoor yoga. Although it did sink a bit, my balance was not affected. Apart from that, this mat has a reversible design. The microfiber side grips well for me personally, but natural rubber side provides an even better grip. Good luck!  Hope you find the mat that suits your needs the best :)
