Can I use it in the tub like rose petals ?

Nothing is stopping you. It’s just dried lavender. I’d make a solution of hot water water and lavender buds first to make sure it doesn’t irritate your skin. Lavender is also a little bit more flaky than rose petals but not horribly so. You won’t end up with particle soup and even if you do just rinse off after bathing. 🤷♂️
