Very good for pick me up energy

I use this in the morning before work on my wrists. Helps to get my head clear.Does not have the same fir tree species as an ingredient as the previous recipe

Does help with back pain but only lasts for a few hours. Smell is not bad, would buy agai

I regularly use this essential oil on the bottoms of my feet and over the thin skin behind my ankles. I tend to be dizzy due to low blood pressure, and this always seems to help.

I'm retracting my single star and giving it the 5 stars it deserves. I over reacted about the bottle appearing to have been tampered with. It seems like all the bottles look the same way.

ENRG and the HP BT [containing Peppermint (Menta piperita) *Cinnamon (Cinnamomum (verum) zeylanicum) *Ginger (Zingiber officinale) *Clove (Syzygium aromaticum)] helped me sleep. I took it orally and applied both to my belly. Once I ran out, insomnia returned. I am now trying earthing (check out Clint Obers' book) and making the bedroom dark according to the book Lights Out and it helps a bit. Gotta get more ENRG!
