Strawberry Candy Wrapped: 5LB

My first order was great, Tasted just like I remembered. I like these candies.My second order was a fake knock off that did not have the jelly center and tasted strange. I cannot return them cause I filled all the candy dishes at work. I didn’t know till people started to complained.

A couple of these came with a gift basket I received at Christmas. I was amazed at the flavor and decided to find out where I could find them. There were several like it on Amazon, but this was the company who supplied the gift baskets. They came quick and in abundance.

The only thing I don’t like about this product is that it has 2 wrappers. One is the foil or cellophane outer wrapper and then a paper or wax paper inner wrapper.the inner wrapper always sticks to the candy. If it gets warm or is in your pocket too long then you might as well throw away all in your pockets because it’s not worth the fight.

I used the candy to share with my dialysis friends. It was very nice.

For some reason, my boyfriend specifically wanted these candies when i went to a candy warehouse. They didnt have any, so i ordered what i though was a 2 pound bag. Turns out it was 5, great price for 5 pounds. As the title says, your grandmas candy dish will overflow. These really take me back! Lol

We had just inhaled a small container of strawberry candies from the grocery store. After eating them quickly, I thought - hey, I'll get a giant bag! I think I ate two - one to try it and the second to confirm it was gross. Just the flavor was...off. Not only not strong, but the flavor wasn't right. My daughter refused to eat them.After they sat in our kitchen untouched for a month, I brought them into the office. The office ate them okay. They didn't notice the off flavor, and I think it had to do with having just finished good ones. By comparison, they were terrible. Over six months later, they are finally almost eaten through in the office. (About 15 people plus guests.)I would not recommend them or buy them again. It took forever for them to disappear. I couldn't force myself to eat them. If I didn't have an office to bring them to they would've ended up in the garbage.

This candy is okay, it will do. It does not have a strawberry taste it is something else. Also some of the candies don’t have any filling inside
