Initial, I was a little aprehensive to buy a product that didn't have any reviews, but I'm so glad I jumped in and did, anyway! It arrived all intact, with close attention to detail in the very carefully wrapped packaging. It arrived on time, from India, and they even included a little copper cup inside, as a gift! I am very pleased with this vessel''s performance, thus far. The spout is strongly constructed and keeps a nice flow as long as you keep at least half a gallon of your chosen liquid in it. In my case, drinking water. It keeps it cool and refreshing. The lid fits nicely and i had no problems taking it on and off. Upon this vessel's arrival, I cleaned the very large inside of it with mild soap and warm water, and filled it right up! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
