Delivered in good condition. Delivery guy assisted with the unpacking. No issues with the exchange of old fridge. Product finish and quality is good. Very spacious storage. Quality of plastic used is good. Cooling is very efficient

Terrible service centre. They don't repair properly.. same problem of freezer keeps recurring after changing various parts .. and service centre seems to be making a fool. Samsung refuses to let us change the service centre inspite of them cheating us and making us change so many parts without resolving the issue.

Bought this item during diwali sale for 45.5k after exchange. I was already having a Samsung 300L fridge for the past decade. Was planning to upgrade to a larger one. Was initially looking for a 415L RT42 model but this was just 1500 more for an extra 50L space. Choices were samsung or LG. lg had door cooling with a bottle holder in the door below, but for the same size the vegetables rack was puny. Also i felt the glasses shelves in samsung to be thicker & having laminates in the corner for easy handle. LGs vegetable rack's top glass was not toughned glass hence the was a gap between that & the rack above wasting space. Samsung had a bigger vegetable draw as they had removed the bottle holder in the bottom of the door. Also the twin cooling technology was a booster. With separate coils for the bottom and top fridge it is more efficient, lg did not have this in the same price range (although you have one in lg at a higher price). Also with the converter option its very useful while you are on vacation or not using the fridge.Saves you money & power. Even though LG has the app connect I really didn't have the need to monitor my fridge over the phone. I tried the quick freeze and was able to get freeze ice in 3min. Also i keep fish and meat in the freezer & usually keep used lemon peels for odor removal but this is not needed in this fridge with the odors remover. You do get a nice bright led light witha door alarm for keeping the door open long,helpful when you leave the door open by mistake. This fridge comes with a 10yr compressor warranty which is the industry standard. Also I have been a customer of Samsung for more than a decade with already having good experience with their customer care & product samsung was the right choice for me. Also with diwali discount + exchange + hdfc cashback of 10% this was a bang for the buck!

Not sure what is quality policy for Samsung. Delivered quickly but when opened for demo, found 2 dents on sides. Bought directly from Samsung and still waiting for response after raising this. No help from demo engineer. Very poor.

Good Product but high on cost part. I am getting it from shop at 49K.

There is problem in samsung smart convertible models. Stopped working after 3 months and samsung can't repair the refrigerator even after taking 2 months time
