I love the blocks of color that continue without have to stop and rethread to change. My daughter cannot wait to display this in her room.

Update to the update below: I contacted the seller, and they were VERY responsive! The auto-reply said it could take up to 2 days to receive a response - I got a response within about 2 hours. They were happy to accommodate my request for more thread! And....they didn’t just send me the color I needed - they sent me a whole set of all of the colors! Very impressed by their customer service!If it weren't for the fact that I'm an experienced stitcher, I think I would find this kit a little frustrating. Most patterns that go over more than one page have a shaded area where the pattern repeats so that you can find your place on the new chart. This one doesn't. Other than that, I've been having fun working on this project.Update: They do not provide enough floss to complete the design. It is helpful that they provide the corresponding DMC thread number to purchase more, however the DMC color is NOT the same color as the thread provided with the kit. This leaves me wondering whether or not to finish given the obvious variance in color. The difference doesn’t look as dramatic in the photo as it does in reality.

This is just what I was looking for! I wanted something rainbow for my rainbow baby and I love counted cross stitch! I haven't done it for years and when I saw this one, I had to have it!! I would recommend this to anyone looking to be crafty!

I loved how organized this cross stitch kit was! The floss was already separated and in a labeled floss card. There was a color coded instruction sheet, two needles, and all in a snapped, clear plastic envelope. There was no preparation to begin the project. EXCELLENT!

Loved this when I saw the design. I have done a complicated counted cross stitch birth sampler for each of my several grandchildren without a problem -- never this make, however. I am not at all happy with it quality-wise. Make one small mistake that requires ripping out floss and you may not have enough to finish. The strands are counted out EXACTLY with little, if any, spare. (Yes, I used each double strand to within 1 1/2 inches of its end in order to conserve.) I tried to buy the blue which I needed just a bit more of. The DMC color chart in the kit does not gibe with the DMC floss in the stores, so could not match the color. The canvas is so stiff that it was impossible to use a hoop. However, it worked fine without a hoop because of the stiffness. The floss itself seemed much more given to splitting than my previous kits, making it hard to thread the needle though I used a large one -- small was impossible due to the splits and the stiff canvas. So, love the design. the rest is just frustrating.

The quality of the supplies is wonderful. The instructions are clear. The only thing I am not completely happy about is the way the pattern was done. I would rather have the whole pattern on 1 side of the paper instead of split on the back and front. Otherwise so far I am happy with this product!

My only complaint is that the thread seems very cheap. It knots easily and is shredded in places.

This design is so different from anything I've seen before, and really catches your eye. Makes you smile just to look at it! Can't wait to work on this project! If you like this design, you really should check out the rest of the Benway line. Wish there were time to do them all!

to enable the item to be completed I have needed to buy a skein of the insufficient thread DMC number 606. The supplied amount of this thread is insufficient. I spite of receiving an email from the seller stating they would send more, I have not received any I now find that several of the other colours are extremely insufficient to complete this. Although corresponding DMC numbers are supplied, DNC is much better quality, the difference being so obvious that I would be unable to purchase them to complete the item.

My only complaint would be the lack of quality of the needle. Apart from that I love it so much that I purchased it twice

A really great product let down by not enough thread to finish it! Really disappointed given it takes so much effort and time before you'd realise.

It could be a lovely picture.. Only fault is the squares are too small.. It's counted cross stitch.. Which means counting squares.. Should be bigger
