Good product
The flavor is okay, stronger than the coconut vanilla flavor. Seems to do the trick for my keto way of eating. Wish it didn't have any sweetener.

Delicious by the spoonful!
I've tried some MCTs before but didn't like the oil on its own (not a coffee drinker or smoothie maker). This product is so rich and delicious I can eat it right from the spoon! I take some in the morning to wake up my brain, and mid-afternoon as a nice treat. It's so good!

Tastes Great in Coffee
Great substitute for unhealthy sweeteners in coffee. I really really dislike black coffee. So when I found this line of product i was quite happy to help me on keto diet.

Creamy vanilla. Love adding to simple smoothie & for orange cream fat bombs.

Horrible aftertaste.
Simply GOODFats creamy MCT coconut swirl flavor is great, but the orange swirl is down right nasty. Leaves a horrible aftertaste that seems to go into my sinuses and can't get rid of for the whole day. May work for some but not for me. I had to throw the nearly full bottle away after trying unsuccessfully to overcome my revulsion. Maybe I just got a bad bottle but won't be trying again.
