I use it as my Diabetic bag for insulin and syringes. I put a tag on the zipper showing I am a Diabetic when I travel. I use a little ice pack I received in another medication order that is the perfect size for this bag. It is well insulated and protects my insulin from being broken. With the small ice pack it keeps my insulin cool when I travel and pack this bag in my back pack carry on.
