    Useless piece of plastic -- completely non-functional

Absolutely doesn't work. I spent a couple weeks trying a whole bunch of different computers to try to get it to work, and ran out of time to return it as a result. $65 in the trash.I got the "No U Disk" error you might see from other users. It's not possible to configure the secure portion. If you're even considering buying this item I suggest you try to find IMEEK's customer support first (hint they don't even have a website).

    I would not recommend this product and am returning it

It would not work on my pc (kept getting error message). When I tried to get help to make it work the only option was a cryptic facebook page. I sent a message and received no response. I would not recommend this product and am returning it.

    No U Disk Error when trying to open the Fingertool.exe

Flash drive does not work.  When I try to enroll the finger tool I get a  No U disk error.  I tried on windows Operating system XP, Vista, Windows 7, windows 10. I keep getting the same no U disk error.
