So, my elderly dog has been suffering with some pretty severe mobility issues, she's on anti inflamatories and pain killers to help her with her general well being, but she's incredibly unstable on her feet and struggles to grip to hard floors. We had resorted to covering the lower half of the house with mats and blankets to give her more grip but this still restricted her movement to those areas and wasn't an ideal solution. I bought these boots on the off chance that they might help. I was worried that wearing booties may cause her distress as she's a pretty anxious dog and has never worn anything like them before. She seems unfazed by wearing them (possibly due to the drugs spacing her out a bit), they occasionally come off but mostly only the back ones and usually after she's been laying down and fidgeting on them. The grip provided by these boots has been a MASSIVE increase of quality of life for her. Previously I had to help her onto her feet repeatedly and even carry her out to the garden but now she has so much freedom and it has greatly reduced her stress! I'm a little concerned over potential issues cropping up with prolonged use as she wears them all day and I take them off at night, but so far they have been well worth every penny spent.Too long, didn't read.Bought for an elderly dog with mobility issues, particularly on hard floors. Massive improvement in quality of life, great grip and stay on well.Pros: - Easy to put on - Great grip on the soles - Water resistant for outdoor use - Neat and tidy appearance - Reflective strapsCons - Sizes come up small (bought Large for a medium sized border collie, but an XL may have actually been a better fit. - Velcro straps, though this makes for quick and easy securing, they do get a bit grubby as the straps are very close to the ground and pick up everything. Perhaps a longer cuff that went higher up the leg would be better, though this may possibly be overcome by getting a larger size?

Our boy has a gash on one of his offside rear beans. 😧 These type of injuries are so hard to protect reopening, from dirt and stones, but bandaging can cause infection and the healing process is being hindered by all the wet weather we're having. This boot means he can come out for a walk and he's actually putting weight on the paw while wearing it. He was constantly skipping before so obvious benefit immediately.He's been on a long walk with me today, including some off lead zoomies and it's stayed in place for the duration.One reflective strap is elasticated and the other is not and I made sure when I first fitted the boot on to Jake's paw that I could just fit my little finger inside. This was to make sure it wasn't cutting off blood circulation. I was surprised how well it stayed on during our walk and the photo showing after the walk shows just how muddy it was. I checked after our walk and could still only just fit my little finger in so it hadn't loosened, or conversely, created any swelling by being too tight.When I removed the boot I noticed it was a little damp inside but not waterlogged, but as Jake's only wearing them when outside I'm happy it'll keep his wound clean and protected from being reopened while it heals.As I've got 4 of these boots I've given one away to my mate with another accident prone lurcher and I can keep the other three in rotation so I've always got a fresh dry one for every walk.All in all very happy with my purchase and would recommend. 👌

The media could not be loaded. My dog managed to scuff his claws down to the quick on day 2 of a week’s holiday in the Yorkshire dales. We ordered these boots and they arrived the following afternoon.Our dog is pretty used to having his paws touched, but has never worn anything on his feet before. We used the front boots only and as you can see from the video (taken on day 2 after purchase), he took to them really quickly.The size guide made sure we got the right fit and the boots seem sturdy and look super cute.We started with short walks to check they weren’t rubbing at all and by the end of the week, he’s walked around 20 miles in them both on and off lead on all types of terrain. We had one of them fall off once as we hadn’t quite fastened it properly. Other than that, they stayed on brilliantly.We have noticed that he feels the heat more wearing them, so probably not great for using as protection against hot tarmac.Overall an excellent buy which salvaged our holiday.Please note - these boots caused my dog to get loads of attention from passers by as they look so cute, so maybe not ideal for a dog that doesn’t like strangers

Looked great but didn't fit the dogs paws and kept slipping

We carefully measured my dogs foot for the correct size The rear shoe flipped around whilst being worn so that the sole is on top of her foot. I have ordered a smaller size to see if it makes a difference. I think the problem is with the loose fitting around the ankle. The rear foot is always smaller than the front so maybe there should be a smaller shoe for the back foot ???? I'm returning as not fir for purpose. Will let you know how we get along with the smaller shoes

My dog has very sensitive paw pads and we live in an area where there is often broken glass lying around. Bought these while he was in recovery from a ripped-off nail and now we often put them on if there is grit outside we have noticed that after the first couple of times, he's gotten used to them and is more confident walking around long grass. Overall -great product for the price.

My dog had to have a claw removed so we bought these to cover the wound and enable walks.While it did allow us to cover the wound and take him for walks the fit was poor as it did not come up his leg enough to stay on for long periods of time.While it worked it was a constant struggle at the same time.The only solution would have been to order a bigger size but that would have been to big for his paw width.Hard to get the right level of tightness because to keep the boot on for long periods would mean having it very tight which is not uncomfortable and dangerous.Also i wouldnt call it waterproof more water resistant.

Me daba miedo pedirlas, puesto que hemos pedido unas cuantas para un yorkshire de 15 años que resbala en casa. Y por ahora van geniales, no resbala y por ahora no se le caen como si que pasa con los calcetines y otro tipo de botas.

Reçu dans les temps. Taille L parfaite pour mon chien BC. Mises à la neige car coussinets enflammés et abimés. Assez facile à mettre malgré la mauvaise volonté de mon chien. Assez anti-dérapantes. Seule la semelle est étanche

Elle sont bien mais plus tôt pour l’été j’ai commander ses chaussures Parceque mon chien s’est couper tout coussinet avec du verre donc pour ceci elle sont pratique mais pas pour quand il pleut elle ne sont pas étanche du tout Cest dommage pour la solidité pour l’instant elle ont l’air de bien tenir

Meilleures basket jamais utilisées pour mon chien handicapé!9 ans qu’il porte des basket aux antérieurs pour le protéger suite à des problèmes neurologiques.Ses précédentes avaient une semelle rigide et duraient une petite dizaine de jours avant de se trouer sur le dessus.Celles là sont géniales pcq elles sont totalement souples, même la semelle! Il marche bcp mieux! Et elles sont plu solides : elles durent environ 3/4 semaines!Bref, génial!
