Turned blue, possibly due to sunlight.
I was not 100% satisfied with these sprinkles. Initially they seemed fine except the very strange flavor they had, thankfully my frosting covered that flavor up. But then there’s the fact that they turned blue. I made these for a wedding that had purple as one of the colors so I was a bit embarrassed that the purple sprinkles they requested did not remain purple. However, to be fair, it did appear that the sprinkles that ended up being affected most were the ones that got exposed to direct sunlight for an hour or so. But unfortunately the location of where the bride wanted the cupcakes ended up being in some afternoon sun. Overall these sprinkles should have done their job just fine but I ended up being less than impressed.

It’s actually a dark indigo. But I’m still happy with the product — just not the color I was expecting

DEEP DARK ROYAL PURPLE NOTHING LIGHT OR LAVENDER ABOUT THEM. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Not as advertised, and are not returnable. Really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Not the right color or flavor.
