Life changing!!!
If you are SICK of being sick this is for you! I started this program based on my doctor’s suggestion. I had just broken my foot in winter (12/2025) and due to autoimmune suppressing drugs the break was not healing. I started immediately and never stopped. I felt improvement from pain within 5 days. After 2 weeks it was unbelievable the difference in energy level, pain reduction and inflammation in my joints. A month later my rheumatologist told me my bloodwork had never been better in the 8 years of my treatments. 3 months later, I stopped taking Humera and methotrexate injections. Last visit with my rheumatologist (July 2025) he said follow up in a year!!!I have genuine quality of life again and no brain fog, exhaustion and chronic pain. I am back out there doing physical activities with my family and friends again, all from grocery store food! I had thought that part of my life was gone forever plus no side effects! The fact that she is doing this and sharing this information plus her free YouTube videos and wellness Wednesdays without exploiting people like greedy pharmaceutical is amazingly refreshing!

It works!
My wife was diagnosed with both fibromyalgia and Lupus and was experienced significant body aches and discomfort. A friend mentioned this book to my wife, and she decided to follow the advice and completely switched her diet to the recommended products. We were both surprised when after 2-weeks her body aches disappeared. We recently went on a 15-day tour in Turkey where she had to go off diet, and to answer that question in both or our minds, the body aches and feeling bad returned. It took several weeks to get back on course but there is no doubt in our minds that if you follow Dr. Brooke Goldner's advice, it does alive the symptoms of this terrible disease.

This book is interesting and informative, it is an easy read. It answered questions that I have been asking for years! Truly an answer to prayer!!

Juicing save my life. It gives me back my energy and my life back. Having energy equals able to do activities and spending time with loved ones. The trajectory of my life is now different

Be sure to watch some of her videos
Between this book and several of her videos, I'm ready to drink the smoothies she recommends for a couple three months and see what happens. I figure I have enough surplus body fat to live off of for a couple months, so what could go wrong?

ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS YET - AND I HAVE THOUSANDS
BEST BOOK EVER. SHE IS A DOC WITH A FASCINATING STORY --- NOT MADE UP LIKE THE OTHERS. VERY FORTUNATE PERSON WHO SAVED HER OWN LIFE AND HAS DONE THE SAME FOR OTHERS. THIS BOOK LAYOUT SIMPLIFED WITH ASSIGNMENTS. GOTTA GET HEALTHY --- GOTTA LOOSE WEIGHT --- GOTTA STOP THE AUTOIMMUNE ATTACKING THIS IS A START TO FEED NOURISHMENT THAT HEALS. I AM ON DAY 14 WORKING MY WAY UP TO THE AMOUNT SHE RECOMMENDS - MY HEAD FOG IS STARTING TO FADE, SLEEPING DEEPER!!

A bit misleading, but still worthwhile.
I bought this book hoping to learn exactly what to do, not for an overview of her approach. What should my daily diet look like? Do I just eat one giant green smoothie? Is that breakfast? She touts in her online videos how she's giving away all this information for free, but I couldn't find the specifics anywhere, so I bought this book - which several pages in tells me that if I want the specifics then I should have bought her other book. Very disappointing. However, that said, this book looks like it would be valuable once I have that specific meal planning type information. It is clearly written by a psychiatrist and offers what look to be valuable coping mechanisms to get through the challenges of such a program. My three star rating is for the lack of a detailed eating plan and for the continuous promotion of her expensive individual and group programs. If it were advertised more honestly, then I would give it a higher rating because of the valuable information it does contain. Now I have to buy her other book to get the complete package... I hope...
