I would prefer a non -safety cap, or at least one that can be easily disabled. (Could such an option be made available at the time of order?)

I don't have a Costco membership and I used to buy these vitamins there. When I found out that Amazon sold them, I was excited. The price is reasonable, too. Kirkland Signature are effective multivitamins with most of its vitamins and some minerals at about 100% of RDA or at most 150% RDA. I watched Dr. Oz and he said that taking multivitamins at a higher dosage than that is not healthy. Dr. Oz also said to break your multivitamin into 2 and take one-half in the morning and the other half at night. These multivitamins are perfect because they have a line in the center and all you have to do is carefully snap it into 2 halves. Great product!

Has all essential vitamins and minerals at or above minimum recommended amount. The value is outstanding for the price. This one covers all the bases. You could take additional individual vitamins and minerals depending on your age and condition (for example, I take extra vitamin D3 + Calcium). Some listed do not meet minimum daily requirements, but are probably more than satisfied by eating a normal diet. You're paying for everything you probably need and not for stuff you probably don't.

I read a couple reviews saying that the expiration date was to close to arrival date and all pills wouldn’t be finished before uselessness and they (the reviewers) felt cheated. So I was a little wary, but I ordered them anyway. Well guess what? These have an excellent expiration date. The pills will finish wayyy before that day and I’m glad. There are 3 of us taking the vitamins, but even if it were just me, I have more than enough time to finish the bottle before the expiration date. The pills are large, but you can cut them in half.
