It was just as shown in the picture, is easy to skip and light in weight.

THOUGH a good product. The naming is little misleading, as they have specified it as speed rope and most speed ropes do have a metal cable inside but its just a plain synthetic pvc or nylon (material not specified) rope. Country of origin is china.
