FunkoPop! Marvel: Dancing Groot Bobble Action Figure

I really like my dancing Groot, for some reason I always wanted a bobblehead in my car. It's a very nice decoration. Used some painters tape on the dash and then double sided tape to affix it because it is not very heavy to stand alone.I like the functionality of the "dancing" head as you drive over bumps or uneven patches of the road. Seems it is built well and with attention to the smallest detail like the arms and the leaves on top of the head .It might have been a bit cheaper, but i guess you have to pay for the franchise too. Overall it's a very cheerful little guy who smiles at you all the time and I think it would be a nice and inexpensive gift to someone.

I needed a small item to fill a space on my desk. Looks good.

Received mine today. As stated before, No it does not dance, if is a Dancing Groot Bobble head Action Figure (as stated in the title.) For that purpose, it is excellent, and would be 5 star. It is a bit top heavy, so unless you secure it to a base, or other solid object, it can tip over. That is the reason for dropping it to a 4 star.A little bit of poster putty, or some decent 2 sided tape should fix this problem. I have lots of these ridiculously cute collectibles, but baby bobble head Groot is my new fave. It is adorable beyond words. The image currently on display is an artist rendering, however--the pot is much smaller (it is REALLY teeny) and the one I got is darker in color and has other slight differences. This is just for informational purposes--it is still frikkin cute and I do not regret buying it. I actually regret not buying 2. I saw an article declaring 2014 the year of the Groot--if that is the case, then this is crown jewel of the Groot-themed merchandise lines. Not because it is the biggest, most elaborate or expensive, but because it is the most adorable and accessible. Mine was under 10 bucks, a cheap enough price point for almost anyone to get one who wants one. And you can't help but smile when you look at him.

I bought this as just a 'fun' gift for one of my husband's 2018 Christmas presents; and, wouldn't ya know, just like a kid, he went nuts for it! Couldn't wait to get out his Double-Stick tape and put it on the Dash of his car. I must admit, it' s so dang cute, I'm buying one for my 350-Z!Please note that this 'Dancing Groot' is just a 'BOBBLE-HEAD'. It doesn't move to music-- only to actual movement, which is why it's perfect for the Dash of one's car. Thus, if you set it on a stable surface, (such as a desk, kitchen counter, bookshelf, etc), it's not going to move at all.
