Max Strength Pro Water Filter Replacement for Brita® Pitchers & Dispensers

These water filter replacements are a real bargain. They filter fast and are durable, plus they're rated for good filtration. We're more than satisfied and will be buying when this case runs low.

Fits Britta pitchers. We have well water and it makes it drinkable. Our water isn't bad, but it's high in minerals and stains the sink/toilet after a while. I'd rather not drink that. Or clog our counter-top ice maker. Super easy to set up, we change it out once every one - two months. You can tell when it's time to change it because it takes longer to fill the pitcher. We've bought this brand a couple times, and will continue to.

Great price think clean water and less plastic bottles.

I grew up on well water, so I'm not entirely averse to the taste. However, when I moved into my own place I found that my well offers a metallic taste in addition to the classic eggy/sulfur taste. It's a particularly unpleasant combination for drinking water. So I got a large brita pitcher along with a 3 pack of the filters. Great results. When it was time to get more filters, I decided to try these since they were cheaper than the name brand and had great reviews. They work okay. Based on taste alone, I can tell that they don't filter as much out as the name brand ones do. The water is still perfectly drinkable, it's just not quite as crisp/clean tasting. I'll still order these again, though, simply because of the significant savings. If you want pristine flavor, order brita filters. If you just want palatable, order these and save a chunk of cash. I get 1-2 months of use per filter (depending on my water consumption, and I assume well water conditions probably fluctuate a bit depending on environmental factors) before the taste declines and the filter flow slows to a drip.

It worked just fine with my Brita pitcher. You will save $$$ & in today’s world you will definitely appreciate it.

The water is clear and tastes good. No different to original Brita cartridges.

I do not give 5 because there are few carbon grains released, not a big deal.

Very good value for the cost compared to retail. So far, it performs well from what I can detect, but it may be too early to rate just yet, so only gave it 4 stars. Make sure to follow directions re: soaking filter & running a couple of pitchers through filter first though.

Because I use these filters it's an item I like to keep in stock at home. The cost is half the price of the Brita brand filters however, the time between changing the filters is also cut in half. They recommend changing the filter each month OR after 60 gallons of water. I will know more after I go through the first one. These filters come in a box of six that looks like a No-Name brand. I'm looking forward to giving them a try.
