I bought these Fiskars bypass pruning shears after my off-brand garden clippers snapped after just one use, and the difference is huge. Obviously, Fiskars, a respected gardening supply company, has more than one tier for its products. I would put this on the "B tier." Worth the price, works as it should, but don't mistake it for higher priced models found in the big box home improvement stores. Having said that, for the price, I think they are quite adequate. I'd buy them again.

Terrific garden tool! Lock doesn't get in the way (great design Fiskar!) Cleans up easily. Nice grip, weight, and durable. Easy for small hands too, easy to use.
