Not bad uf you have a big home
This book has a good tips for organizing your home. Sadly, more of them not always are useful for small spaces even when you just follow the "basic rules".

Makes organization simple!
I took an organization class & our professional organizer recommended this book. It is easy to read & makes organization very simple. Great addition to the class.

Excellent home edit books....beautiful photos and pictures too
I love the two girls who founded their organization team out of Nashville, TN. They have improved my life with these books and their products which I have purchased and executed in my life. Thank you.

Perfect for inspiration!
Exactly what I was looking for. Full of tips in snippet format and color photo examples. I am currently working on de-cluttering my kitchen which just happens to be the first chapter. So that is my main focus right now but I am sure the inspiration will continue with the rest of the various categories of this book.Summary: I like the brief tips instead of paragraphs, color photos, layout flows and is well organized, and I really appreciate the rounded page edges and reinforced cover edges for longevity. The only thing I wish it had was a vendor index for some of the products in the photos. Here's a tip I heard years ago: declutter first and then pick out your storage containers and baskets. That way you won't have to go out an get more or return any. Make sure you measure too.

The most concise organizing book in a gorgeous package!
I have read several home organizing books, but *this* is the one I have been waiting for!The first thing I noticed right away is that there is no skimping on quality, here. The colors are vibrant, the paper is nice and glossy and thick. The corners of the front and back covers are metal-tipped, which is nice because not only does it give the book weight, but it protects the corners from bending and fraying. Inside, the pictures are plentiful, inspiring, and gorgeous. Just flipping through the book will make you feel motivated enough to start tackling an area of your house! The book is broken down into various "challenge" rooms - kitchen, dining room, garage, etc. Each room is then broken down into specific tasks, which you can follow along in the 15 week time frame, or go at your own pace. There are tons of ideas on saving space, organizing, and lest you feel overwhelmed at the state of your current household, the author has also many suggestions on how to start the process (which is sometimes the hardest part). If you follow the book page by page, at the end of roughly 15 weeks your home will be clean and organized! The best part is that you can work at your own pace. The process is manageable enough that you can do a little bit every day...or set aside a couple of hours on the weekends and knock out an entire room in one swoop. It's clear that the author has spent a lot of time compiling this book. It is well written and detailed enough for those that need someone to point the way step-by-step, but it also leaves room for those that are not complete novices to join in the fun. There are tons of ideas that I've never seen on any other blog or website, which was refreshing. The book stands on its own, but you can also pair it with the suggestions and printables found on the author's website.Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and hope the author decides to write a Volume 2!

Some Really Great Storage Ideas
I am a "messie", I struggle with keeping my house clean and tidy. My mom taught me how, but by nature I am cluttered. Every surface has junk, some I want to keep, some I don't, some I'm not too sure about. This book is a visual book on ideas how to get my clutter under control and though I've been working on my project for a while, it's still a struggle and this book has given me some fresh ideas on how to tame my space. I confess I am a prep hoarder, I don't want to be a hoarder. De-junking , my house is a tremendous project, but with tips from experts like this writer I am making slow progress. Will I ever be as neat as she is, probably not, but if I could get close, I'd be happy.

Aimed at larger American houses
This book has some interesting suggestions but while it does try to cater for smaller spaces, it is mainly for those with large American houses. Also, being aimed at the American market, not all of it is relevant to a UK homeowner (e.g. the section on organising filing for a US tax return). Still worth a read but I was hoping for more ideas which I could apply in my average sized London 1920s house.

Expected more
I’m sorry to say I expected more from this book. It felt like I was being given a personal tour around the authors own house and told what she did with it to make it work for her. I was completely bored by the time I was a third of the way through listening to the same mantra over and over again. Nothing new to learn here.

I want my house to look like the pictures in this book
I want my house to look like the pictures in this book. It acted more as inspiration to get up and declutter rather than offering actual useful tips (except the packed lunch kitchen station- who knew?!) but the photos are lovely and my cupboards are decluttered as a direct result of it.

Buy it only if you live in a palace
I would have probably think this book is useful if I were living in a masive house. I just live in a 2 bedrooms flat so I do not know how I could find the space for a Landry room and a massive office space with its on coffe machine corner.I put three stars cause of the beautiful pictures.

Very useful book
Minimal magazine pics style pages, but very helpful ideas clearly laid out. Quick items boxed on each page, works. ..so no rambling text we don't have time to read !
