The phone is real nice. Despite all the reviews in Youtube from different companies. The phone works great, its incredible fast and it is the last phone with the freedom you need to add extra memory since the new HTC models doesn't have the micro SD slot and not removable battery (or back cover).This phone comes already unlocked from the provider and you don't have to introduce an unlocking code. It comes on its original box (AT&T), it's brand new but the only issue is that phone doesn't come with earphones. It's not big issue at all, bur it would be great if HTC could include the earphones with microphone.The battery duration might be an issue, so I recommend to buy:- Anker External Battery Pack- Hyperion AT&T HTC Vivid 4G 2 x Battery + ChargerFor less than $400 USD this is an excellent choice for an android phone.

I bought this phone for myself when it 1st came out & am so happy with it, I bought my sister one when her other phone died. Tons of free software available on Google play. With Google maps it can be used as a gps device. I switched from AT&T to Consumer Cellular and still have full use of the phone's abilities. The screen is about the size of a pack of 100 mm cigarettes. Great picture, video, camera & audio(headphones). It runs programs pretty fast & you can have several running at the same time. The best phone I've owned. I would & have recommended this device to any wanting a new phone.

I usually don't write product reviews but this time i am pissed off.The package arrived on time as it was expected.However the box was opened!!There was no air bags in it to protect it from damage.It was wrapped only with a damaged box.No tape nothing.Everybody was able to open the box change the item and no one would be able to notice that.The phone box was opened too which reminds me that somebody had play with the phone.I was ready to return the item at the moment that arrived at home but i decided to give it a try.The first charging was 12 hours and the battery wasn't still charged at 100 percent.I thought it's because it's new but nah...It was f***ed up..After these 12 hours i finally had a chance to try what i purchased.I was impressed.No lag at all but that was the only think that i liked.The phones is pretty solid and heavy.It feels like i have two devices in my pocket.And after 2 hours of usage i've noticed that the battery drained wit 40 percent which is ridiculous.For 6 hours it was fully drained and then another 12 hours of charging.The price was too good but the device was awful.Don't waste your money on it!

I have had this phone for nearly two years and probably should have left a review immediately after purchasing but I have really enjoyed it until recently!PROS:- VERY durable! I have dropped it numerous times without a case and it always makes it through without a problem. Except for a few dings and kinks along the edges it has survived many a fall.- Easy to hold. This one may seem ridiculous but it really does have a good weight to it and I like the way it feels in my hand.- Good size. A little long but certainly nothing like a Samsung and comparable to the size of an iPhone but unlike the iPhone, the screen on this takes up most of the face of the phone, which is great!- Super user friendly, easy to use. The icons make everything very clear and if that's not enough, there are usually written descriptions as well.- Love love love the visual voice mail- The clock settings are pretty great. I know a lot of friends who have had to download stopwatch apps, timer apps, etc. to their iPhones but this one has alarm, stopwatch, timer, world clock, and desk clock features right in it.- The camera is hit or miss for me now but for the first ten months of owning the phone, they were exceptional. Super crisp, clear, and high quality.- The maps app and GPS features are really fantastic. Until the iPhone 5 came out with their new maps features, my friends were always jealous of how easy mine is to use and how effective it is, consistently.- Has almost every regular smartphone feature and operates really well.CONS:- I hate not being able to group text like on an iPhone. You can send a group text to multiple people but their responses will come in individually and you can only respond to one person at a time. Moreover, when you send a group text, no one else can see that it's a group text and might be confused why you are talking in plurals, or wonder who else received it, etc.- Can't "drop a pin" or receive a dropped pin like on an iPhone. This has only become frustrating recently as that's all my friends with iPhones want to do instead of giving me an address or verbally giving me directions.- No imessage or bbm kind of feature. If you want to text someone using data or WiFi, you'll have to download an app like WhatsApp or Viber. Not a big deal but I was a little jealous when I was in another country and I had to pull up an app to text family back in the States while my friend simply imessaged hers.- The phone is pretty sensitive to temperature. For most of the time I owned this phone I was living in Austin, TX and when I held it to my ear while walking anywhere outside, the combination of my sweat and the heat would make it either malfunction or turn off. Same thing with the cold. When I was in Montreal in the wintertime unless my phone was in my pocket it would literally turn off because it was so cold.- It is a little frustrating when I want to send pictures as an attachment to an email. You can only choose one picture at a time from your gallery, return to the email, click attach, choose another one from the gallery, etc. Moreover, you can only attach 5-6 photos max to an email. It's time consuming and I always wish I could select all the photos I want in one quick swoop. Not a huge deal but enough to be annoying. But that said, I think you can only attach 5 photos at a time to an email on an iPhone anyway.- For 2014, some of the features on the phone- just the look of some of the icons, apps, design, etc.- seem a little outdated. But everything works and operates just as effectively as any other smartphone.Conclusion: This phone is great for the non-conformists who don't want to get an iPhone. I was that person for a while but I think I am finally ready to take the plunge.

Still a great smart phone with plenty of storage and all the features most of us need. Price wise it is currently about the best bang for the buck. The battery is the weakest feature, it will make through the day with normal use but if you get aggressive during the day with it it won't. However spare batteries are cheap and easy to swap out. They are small enough that I carry a spare in my wallet.

I have tried on many occasions to take a screenshots but this phone won't allow. It appears this type of HTC has a peculiar problem.this is the second of this type in 3months. The first had its own problem with regards to heating and same heating applies to this also.it functions very well but u can't take screen shots and it gets when in use. This phone goes off as of when it desires,freezes anytime.and this sucks when u try to make a call or send a message. I have sent several reports on this device to manufacturer but had no change in my device.

I will definitely buy again from the seller, SellCellDeals. The screen and body looks new, as described by the seller. The only thing looks old is the battery cover which is not important to me. It is a used phone just as the seller described. I went oversea and used it with foreign sim cards. They worked flawlessly without any issue. The speed and the camera is pretty good for an older phone. Nice product!
