I find myself needing to be more mindful of bedtime and this roll on does the trick. I love the smell of lavender, and moreover, the oil is a great medium to do some self massage. It’s funny how you might not even be aware of how much pain is in your face until you begin to massage it out. I’m feeling better rested this morning because of it.

My son has ASD, he is just about 5. Bedtime for us takes him over an hour to fall asleep with lots ofGiggles, jumping around and trying to get comfortable. I’ve rolled this on his neck, chest and feet about 40 Minutes before bedtime. For 4 nights now, he’s asleep within 10-15 minutes after getting into bed. We were using malatonin, a couple different brands And it wasn’t working for us. It would make my son wake up around 2-3 am and he wouldn’t go back to sleep. I know that’s also normal for ASD children but I noticed a difference with the melatonin. I stopped using the malatonin for over 2 weeks and knew I needed to find something else that could help since bedtime takes so long to calm down, then I came across this oil. The last 4 nights, he’s slept soild through the night. I truly believe this is helping him calm and go to bed. I have used this brands wart oil and it helped and made the warts disappear and I wanted to try this brand again. I’m also thankful for these oils because my son stopped taking the gummy melatonin. If you’re an autism parent, you’ll understand that. Thank you so much for making our nights easier with our little one!Update: been a few months since we’ve used it as he tires himself out during the day more with more activities/school but when we still need to use it on our not so active days, so we will apply it about 30 mins before bed. Still our go to favorite.Update again: we definitely do not use this oil as much as we used to. We still love it and use it on our son when he wakes in the middle of the nights being ready for the day at 2am. (That’s autism for ya) but not for bedtime usually anymore. He is so active with activities, therapy and school during the days that when bedtime comes, he’s ready for it now.Hope these updates help someone else.

I was a little skeptical of putting essential oils on my baby however when your baby doesn’t sleep you end up trying everything to see what works lol. We put this on at bedtime on her chest and tops of her feet. The smell is really nice and not too strong or overpowering. It seems to work but I can’t really say if it’s the oil or not. But we will continue to use it since she knows it to be apart of her bedtime routine! Good purchase and will be buying again when we run out!

I bought this for our 2 week vacation trip with 4 kids. I mostly used it for my 1 year old during flights and before bedtime. It was a life saver during flights when my 1 year was out of her routine and overstimulated by her surroundings and time change (traveling from west coast to east coast), it helped her to relax and I was able to ease her into a nice long nap. The scent is very pleasant and not overbearing, I rubbed it on her chest, a little behind her ear, sometimes her back and the soles of her feet.

It smells nice but I don’t think it actually helps with sleep. If you believe in the placebo effect you should buy it.. the ingredients seems safe

Another great blend from Plant Therapy. I love ordering my oils through Plant Therapy. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is great. I have only recently been buying the KidSafe oils for my 3 year old grandson. The Stop the Sniffles worked really well so I tried this. Coincidence, I don't know, but he has been sleeping much better! The first night was at my house and I gave it to my daughter the next day when she picked him up. She is a skeptic when it comes to essential oils but 3 days later she told me that he had been sleeping soundly through the night. The problem wasn't him waking up during the night, but he would whine and cry in his sleep as if he were restless, but the Nighty Night has worked great for him.
