I needed water bottles for my coffee (yeah, I'm one of those people) and the taste of this water is spot on. Some bottle waters have this sort of after taste, this one does not. I feel like I am really getting a bang for my bucks in the size of these bottles, they are pretty big. Also good for the gym, easy to transport in the car, gym bag or big purse - way too big for a small satchel. Love the design and the plastic is sturdy. If you don't recycle these bottles will want to make you, they are stuff. I so prefer that to the water bottles that dent up when you drink out of it. No dents here. I recommend.

I've used Essential for years. If you want flavor, forget it, butbzi drink it to reduce inflammation throughout my body. It does that very well and without side effects if not used to excess. Usually pain from inflammation, in joints, in my feet, in back of my calves is reduced in 12-18 hours after drinking a pint or more. However I avoid using it to excess, since it can lessen the digestive benefits of hydrochloric stomach acid. Used as needed it's great

Hard to open the bottle. I had to use a knife to cut around it. Otherwise it is good

I confirmed high alkaline pH of this water with an electronic pH tester. I cannot state the precise pH, because I did not calibrate the tester. However the pH is significantly higher (more alkaline) than tap water -- which is slightly alkaline. The taste is ok -- very slightly chalky, but not bad.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great product, consistent pH, but leaves me thirsty every time.

I'm giving it 5 stars for the good taste and durable bottles. But, I have to warn you... the caps are not easy to open. If you have arthritis or weakness in your hands you will finds these caps challenging as they are thick and not easily twisted open. But, in an era where many companies are making their bottles thinner and thinner these bottles are very sturdy... and if you are drinking from one in the middle of the night you won't have to worry about the bottle making crinkling noises and waking up your partner/spouse.
