Nowhere on this product's (B07FPP6W33) page did it say that the packets would arrive LOOSE in an unbranded, generic plastic bag! I expected to open the package and find the familiar pink box containing pink packets, but, no, I pulled out a plastic bag containing loose packets, with a little white label stuck on the bag. Like some others, I was hesitant to even use them, as I have no idea if they're authentic, or how old they are, or anything. I've submitted a complaint to desertcart about 'incorrect information' on this page, i.e., that the product arrives with loose packets in a plain plastic bag, but I don't see any difference yet. I hope they change it, and I also hope they make the seller(s) post images of how they actually ship the product. Customers need to know that they're not buying authentic, branded pink boxes of Sweet 'n Low. Bottom line: I love Sweet 'n Low and have for many years, but I don't appreciate AT ALL receiving random, loose packets in a generic, unbranded bag instead of the familiar, legitimate pink box I expected.
