This case has held up very well over the last two years and I have had no issues. My phone has been dropped with it may times and has never cracked. The case is thin and not bulky. I have the light purple color and it is beautiful!

a few years ago, I had a GREAT soft rubber case. so soft and rubbery like a rubber band. good and grippy to your pocket. this case fits very well, but is no softer than my old "silicone" case. it looks and feels great but I cannot find a rubber case. this is perhaps silicone coated over a molded plastic shell as seen in pictures. but the silicone is very thin. as a design engineer, I'll note the thickness is about 0.020" inches thick. that's 5 sheets of typing paper, or it's even less. also, it said there would be a protective screen protector sheet. which is NOT in the box. not the worst purchase I've made....but dang.

Nice quality and true color as pictured

This case fits my iPhone XR perfectly and I love the color. It's very soft to the touch and protective (I've dropped my phone plenty). The raised front & back protects the screen and camera from direct impact. The only part I don't like is that it's a lint/dust/dirt magnet. But, it's easily cleaned with a damp cloth/paper towel. I would purchase it again.

I always need open-bottom cases for my iPhones due to my car having the old iPod/iPhone 30-pin connection. To be able to use the newer models, I purchased an adapter that allows me to use the lightning port and works just as it normally would — the only problem is that most cases don't leave enough space open on the bottom for the wide adapter. This one does that perfectly (see pictures). The case is also grippy and doesn't slide around. The first day I had the phone, it slid off the top of my shower door, 6+ feet, onto tiled floor. Luckily there was zero damage, but that should never have happened in the first place; the iPhone XR is considerably more slippery than the previous models because of the glass on the back. With this case, there's no chance of the phone slipping off anything.I also use a magnetic mount in my car, and the magnet can sit behind the case, between the phone and the case, perfectly. No need to even use the adhesive to apply it to the back of the phone or the case.Minimal branding, which is only found on the inside. I REALLY like that, and wish more cases had minimal to no branding on them. The only downside, which is just a personal preference, is that I wish there were more color options for these open-bottom versions. The one in my picture was the best color I could choose, but even then I don't enjoy it too much. Not a big deal though, it's not ugly. It's just not my first choice of color.Wireless charging works fine with the case on and with the magnet situated toward the lower portion of the phone. I don't really use wireless charging, but still a nice bonus to not have to worry about it should I have to at some point.Overall, I'd recommend this case. It feels nice, and oh, it doesn't slip out of my pockets while I'm at the gym because of its grippiness.

The bright yellow color is easy to find. I’m always misplacing my phone so the color helps a lot. I love the grip easy to hold onto and doesn’t slip out of the hands soo easy. This case holds up well as I tend to drop my phone, especially if I lay it on my lap and stand up, down it goes.

This case is unbeatable. It’s sturdy, yet cushioned enough to absorb shock. Also, it’s super easy to clean. I accidentally left my phone on the back of a truck and it fell off at approximately 50 mph. The only thing damaged was my screen protector and a small tear in one corner of the case. The glass back of my phone was completely intact along with everything else! Just bought a second one and I can’t recommend this case enough.

Adding 2 stars for the great customer service.I was so excited about this case because I love the color. However, it’s incredibly impractical.1. Holding the phone - the phone slips out of my hands constantly because of the material.2. Putting the phone in a pocket - virtually impossible. I fight with it all the time.3. Covered buttons - they make pushing the buttons incredibly hard.It’s does have the raised lip around the screen so for that and the color I gave 1 star, but this case makes it so hard to use my phone in my daily life.
