I purchased this to speed up the process of logging Geocache log sheets. A friend has the same stamp and it took it to the "ET Highway" series, which has over 1,500 caches! He claims to have used the stamp over 2,000 times so far and still going! For me, I've had no issues with mine in the last year.

I’m a nurse and I needed something quick and simple to use at work that has my ID on it to stamp all of my paperwork and this has made my job so much quicker instead of having to physical write down my ID on everything

I didn't recieve the product pictured. I wanted the square stamp like in the picture but I recieved a rectangular one that is bigger and the stamp is too long for what I need... I wanted the 4921 but I recieved the 4910... Pretty much useless for what I need....UPDATE: After contacting seller, it turns out there were too many characters to fit on the 4921 so they uosized the stamp to the 4910. After some edits to the text they offered to ship out a 4921 with the new edited text. Quick responses. Good customer service.
