It has a lovely spout for draining
I like the substance of this pan. Very solid. It heats quite quickly and the top and spout make it easy to manage any heat up. It is on the expensive side but it is quite a good pot! I highly recommend it!

Best pans I've ever had.
I hated most of my tfal walrmart set I had and this new set blows it out of the water. Best pans ever and dishwasher safe, which is apparently a problem with higher end pans.

Good solid pan with some cons
Good pan and does what it is supposed to do. However, I do have some concerns.Handles are NOT "always cool" contrary to the description. Anyways, I was skeptical about the "always cool" handle description because the handles were made of metal, but it would not be a deal breaker for me if I find out that the handles do get hot, which is what happened. The handles are metal so they get hot and you will need pot holders to hold the handles.Too shallow to be versatile in my opinion, 2.25" deep. I wished they could have made this pan deeper. The most it can handle is sauteing two diced onions then adding 1 cup of broth. Any more liquid and it will be hard to stir stuff around without spilling out of the pan. See pictures of the two onions with the broth. The other picture has 6 pork chops which fit snug in the 12-inch pan. From the pictures you'll see how shallow it is.Tapered edges don't keep food in the pan. While I was moving the two diced onions around in the pan, some were sliding and flying off the rim and I was not even moving the spatula around very fast. The tapered edges are very tapered and smooth. This is a pro in a sense that the food will slide off easily if you are trying to serve it on a plate. But if you want to keep the food inside the pan while cooking, the food has a tendency to slide out and fly off the pan if you are not careful. The lid slides off the pan easily due to the tapered edges. This is not a deal breaker for me because I rarely use the lid unless a recipe called for it. So if you do use it, be careful when transporting the pan with the lid on from the stove to the oven or the table because the lid can slide off if you are not paying attention.Even heating, nonstick, feels solid, and has a good weight to it. I was able to sear 6 pork chops in the 12" pan until browned with crisp edges. The 6 pork chops fit in snug. I did not feel like doing two batches so I jammed all 6 chops in with no issues. I used 1/2 Tbsp of ghee (clarified butter) to sear the 6 pork chops for about 5 minutes on both sides. Turned out as expected, golden brown and crisp on the edges. So this is a good pan, except it will only handle a small capacity because it is shallow. If you are just making eggs, pancakes, frying bacon, searing 4 pieces of meat, sauteing 1 onion, or the like, basically a small volume of food where you don't have to move things around a lot, this pan will work great for you. But if you need something for a larger capacity, look for a pan that is at least 3 inches deep (I have one that is 3 inches deep and can saute 3 sliced onions + 3 sliced bell peppers all at once). This 2.25" Cuisinart pan won't be able to handle as much food as a deeper 3" or more pan. Definitely NOT good for stir-fry where you will be moving around a lot of vegetables because they will fly off and out of the pan (you will need a deeper pan for that such as a wok). This pan is too shallow.I hope my pictures and review will help others with making a decision on this pan.

Do not put in dish washer
This is a very good product, nice quality. But please follow the cleaning instructions of DO NOT PUT IN DISH WASHER. I did with a previous product and the dish washer soap destroyed the anodized outside finish of the kettle - see picture, old kettle on left, new kettle on right. Although the outside of the old kettle was effected, the interior is unharmed and is still usable.

Truly is nonstick
I love this pot! It is so big that nothing boils over so there is no mess. I was making spaghetti sauce and was called away, forgot to lower the heat under the pot. When I returned, the sauce was boiling away and I was sure it was burned, but, it didn't stick at all! I recommend this pot to everyone!

Great value. Long lasting.
This stockpot is perfect for cooking up large batches of soup, chili, stew, or anything else that you love. The hard anodized construction of the pot makes it durable and scratch-resistant, so you can trust it will last a long time in your kitchen. I have had mine for 7 years. It heats evenly and quickly. It's durable, easy to use, and easy to clean.

Revised review
Updated review - I am revising the review after using for less than a year. It was great at first but I find the fumes making it hard for me to breathe. It doesn’t last long but I noticed the pattern after a while that every time I place the pan or pot on stove and then it on my chest tightens for about a minute or 2 and then goes away. But it’s EVERY single time!Previous review - Great product. Have used all items for the last month regularly. I cook everyday, so they’ve been through enough for me to write the review. Love everything about them, except the hot handles. The handles on the lids also get pretty hot. Other than that, it’s an excellent product! Still Non-stick, still looks great, cooks evenly and does everything as it’s supposed to except the hot handles! Love it!
