Nice but.........
I'm still searching for that magical Rhubarb tart crisp vs sweet taste of my childhood that my mum used to give me when she was preparing rhubarb. So, back to this Cornelius effort. I'll say this - more Rhubarb please! I'll wager that people who seek out the Rhubarb drinks do so because they want that astringent tart rhubarb primarily and then the sweetness secondary. With this drink sweetened with apple juice, the sweetness comes first. And that's not what I want from my rhubarb drink. I have a case of this to get through now. It's nice, don't get me wrong but it's not what I want. The search continues.
