Fixed the Problem
While on vacation, my camera would not recognize the lens anymore. Took it to camera store and they said this happens and I got my money’s worth. Camera store wanted to charge me over $400 for new lens. This one was much cheaper and works like a charm for about 1/4 the price.

Lens replacer
I ordered that correct zooming lens that I needed it works fine on my camera because it's the one that goes on my camera worth buying cheaper on Amazon then the actual Sony's website

Great Value for Price
I wanted a compact kit lens for my a6700 and did not have high expectations given the low price for this lens. Very pleasantly surprised! Good color rendition, fast AF, little to no distortion.

Bad distortion, kind of noisy
Update: the edge distortion is just way too bad so I'm sending it back.OG: It's a good size and currently my only zoom lens for my a7 II, however if you do not use the power zoom switch on the side (I didn't see it initially) the zoom is very noisy. I haven't taken it out yet, but everything seems to be fine and it's a good weight so you know it's genuine.My issue with the seller is that the listing clearly states that there is a rear lens cap in the box, and mine came without one, which personally is a big deal because I need protection for my lenses, so I removed an extra star for that.

Not a bad starter lense
This lens was my first lens. I took it on my first vacation. The only two issues do not have a stabilizer; if it does, it doesn't really work. However, the pictures with the right lighting are amazing. Just keep in mind that it does have a minimum aperture of f/3.5 at 16mm and f/5.6 at 50mm which means it's not meant for low lighting. For low light go with a lower aperture of f/2.8 or lower.
