Dreamer's Journal: An Illustrated Guide to the Subconscious (The Illuminated Art Series)

This book is beautifully made. It is mostly just a journal to keep your dreams in one place but it has a symbol interpretation section that has short and precise meanings which are right on target for standard Archetypes. I have been having the same recurring dream for around four or five years, which I could never quite work out the meaning. My first entry in this book was the latest version of that dream. Using the symbolic section I quickly found its full meaning which had eluded me before. So a very big thanks for pointing out why I have been stuck in a rut ! This book will help many people sort out their lives.

I like this journal. I wasn't looking for a dream interpretation book, I just wanted something to jot down my dreams. The journal has a section for you to write your dreams but also some interpretations which I think is a nice touch. A lot of people refer to the internet and books for interpretation of their dreams but dream interpretation is very personal. Whilst I have nothing against looking up dream meanings and have done so myself at times, I think it helps to not rely on this method too much and to experiment with writing down what you feel your dreams mean to you, which is why the interpretations in the journal are handy, as they are not too short yet not overly detailed which can prompt you to begin with a possible base meaning and then go in depth yourself.

Great little book to off load your weird lockdown dreams. Has a dream dictionary too which will scare the life out of you when you analyse your dreams!Love it

Really nice journal with prompts and some background into dream imagery and analyses. I have a feeling this is going to be a big part of my year. Love the illustrations too.There's some damage on the copy i received (see image) but nothing serious enough for a return. I wish it was in mint condition though.

Tiene una textura en la cubierta tipo “tela”, con detalles en dorado que resaltan bastante, es muy lindo.Por dentro comienza con una explicación de qué son los sueños, siguiendo con la simbología de objetos y unas cuantas de edificaciones o ubicaciones, cosas de casa, etc... es un diccionario basto, ni muy corto ni muy amplio que consuma muchas hojas.Sigue con algunas recomendaciones para antes de conciliar el sueño y deja un amplio set de hojas que te permitirán anotarlos (en la parte superior de la hoja un espacio pequeño acompañado de una área para colocar la fecha. Las hojas están decoradas a los costados.Se ve bastante bien para el precio.
